Cancellation Policy
Plans are my way to ensure you, longterm clients accessibility. Monthly payment for a plan, accrue at the first week of each month. Payment that will not come in, will pause any further services until fixed. Every monthly plan include 4 weekly - regular sessions. It is not possible to transfer sessions from one month to the next, session that was not used will not be refunded and in pre-agreed cases would have the last chance to be used in the first 5 days of the following month. It is not possible to cancel a plan in the middle of the plan period and sessions will not be refunded. End of a process will happen in the end of each month. End/cancellation notice asked to be provided at least 2 weeks before the end. Sessions can be cancelled and reschedule up to 12 hours before a session for long-term clients. No show to a session will be paid and consider as 'fulfilled'. Late show will take out from our timeframe of 75 minutes. Any other agreement need to be discussed and agreed upon.
