How to support ourselves with stress symptomes?

Many times we try to solve chronic pain and chronic symptoms with the same attitude that brought us there. We do more and more instead of being mindful and attentive to our needs.

In this video, I share a bit of a conversation I had with a client that suffers from a chronic symptom of anxiety. In our conversation, this idea shared in the video really lit up to her the pattern behind her actions and choices and brought awareness to what we could do differently.
