In the past years of working with hundreds of people, I always give clients "homework". This homework is exercises that often we do together in the clinic and I ask my clients to practice in between sessions. These exercises, when done regularly and properly, can create: - Greater sensibility and sense of connection to our body. - Sense of lightness and ease - Increase regulation of our nervous system and therefore: support digestion, better sleep, support to deal with and manage stressful situations, feel more content, relax, and capable. I've dreamed for a long time to create a program that packs these exercises into something you can do by yourself. I am a big believer in education alongside or even a long time before intervention. I want to invite you to join me for a 12-week course to Awaken The Body. In these 12 weeks, we will move through different parts of the body. In each week will focus on a different part, and work on the psycho-motor aspect to create more depth in our body, practice, and experience. Every week will meet for one live hour on Wednesdays & Sundays. (evening time Europe time zone). a recording will be available. Adding to it you'll have mini videos for each exercise, to support you during the week to integrate the practice into your everyday life.
